User Data Deletion

Updated 4 September 2026

You can request deletion of your StudioFlow account, personal content or information obtained through a connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp service. You do not need to sign in or have a StudioFlow account to make a request.

Send a deletion request

  1. Email johpickard@gmail.com with the subject StudioFlow data deletion request.
  2. Include the email address or WhatsApp number associated with your information, the relevant brand or connected account if known, and whether you want all your personal data deleted or only specific records.
  3. Where possible, write from the email associated with your account. We may ask for proportionate verification to avoid deleting someone else's data. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity documents with your initial request.

What happens next

Requests are handled manually by StudioFlow support. We will acknowledge your request by email, clarify its scope and verify your identity where necessary. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained and why. You can reply to the same email thread to ask for status. Sending an email does not immediately delete data.

Depending on your request, deletion can cover account/profile records, stored Meta account identifiers and access credentials, messages and contact records, and personal media or workflow records. Shared brand records may require coordination with the brand administrator. Legal, security or dispute-related retention exceptions will be explained; backups and recipient copies may require separate handling.

Disconnect Meta access

You can also remove StudioFlow from the relevant Apps and Websites or Business Integrations settings in your Meta account. This revokes access but is not a substitute for asking us to delete information already stored. Deleting StudioFlow data does not delete your Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account, or automatically remove content already published to those services.
